Lidé ze Sýrie urazí i stovky kilometrů, aby sobě a svým dětem
zachránili život. Putují pěšky nebo ve špatných podmínkách v dodávkách. Utíkají
do jiných částí země, která je stále zmítána občanskou válkou, nebo do
sousedních zemí, aby našli alespoň nějaké bezpečí.
Ve snaze upozornit na problém humanitární krize v Sýrii jsme se
rozhodli ujít pěšky 320 km, pouhý zlomek cesty, kterou často syrští uprchlíci
podstupují. Vyrazíme do země hor, divokých řek, věčných dešťů a všudypřítomných
komárů midges. Vydáme se na cestu, která je právem označována jako
nejnáročnější trek Velké Británie. Je to krajina, která nám nic nedá zadarmo.
Průběh naší cesty budeme dokumentovat a průběžně Vás na našich
internetových a facebookových stránkách informovat, jak se cesta vyvíjí. Pokud
se Vám náš počin „Walk for Syria“ líbí, můžete přispět libovolnou částku na
účet Charity ČR, která již v roce 2012 otevřela humanitární sbírku na pomoc
uprchlíkům, kteří kvůli konfliktu v Sýrii opustili své domovy a hledají
útočiště buď v jiných městech či v okolních státech.

naše dny na treku a pomozte tím i syrským uprchlíkům alespoň trochu usnadnit
jejich trnitou cestu životem.

Syrian people walk hundreds of kilometers to save their lives and
lives of their children. They walk on foot or travel in inhumane conditions in
the vans. They are fleeing to other parts of the country which is still in
civil war or to neighbouring countries where they are seeking at least some
safety.
In an effort to raise money for the support of humanitarian aid in
Syria, we decided to walk 320 km, just a mere fraction of the journey the
Syrians refugees have to often undertake. We walk into the land of mountains,
wild rivers, eternal rains and ubiquitous mosquitoes called midges. We set off
on a journey that is rightly known as the toughest trek of the Great Britain.
It's a landscape that will give us nothing for free.
We will document our journey and inform you about the process of
the trek on our web sites and Facebook. If you like our project "Walk for
Syria", you can contribute any amount of money to the account of Caritas
Czech Republic, which carry out a collection of humanitarian aid (since 2012)
to help to refugees who have to leave their homes due to the conflict in Syria
and seek safety either in other cities or in neighbouring countries.

days on the trek and help the Syrians and refugees to at least a little bit
ease their thorny path of their life.
